Where are you located?

We are located in Sammamish, WA.  Currently all pickups are by appointment only.

Do you ship your cookies?

Unfortunately we are unable to ship our cookies at this time.  

How to order?

Head over to the order inquiry page and fill out the customer questionnaire.  

How To store the cookies?

We recommend storing them in an airtight container or leave them in their original heat sealed cello bags in a cool dry place. They will remain fresh for a couple of weeks in room temperature when stored this way.

Freezing leftover cookies is a breeze. Put the cookies along with their original cello bags in a freezer ziploc bag in the freezer for 6-9 months. To thaw cookies, remove them from the freezer without opening the ziploc. The cookies will thaw in the bag within a few hours in room temperature.

DO YOU HAVE GLUTEN FREE COOKIES?

Yes, I can certainly bake your entire order gluten free.  Please note that your order will be prepared in a kitchen where gluten and other allergens may be present.
 

ARE YOU A NUT FREE KITCHEN?

Please note that while tree-nuts are not in any of the cookies.  Orders are prepared in a kitchen where tree-nuts, soy, and other allergens may be present. 
 

How far in advance do I have to place my order?

We recommend you place your order at least three weeks in advance (although more is always preferred).  Feel free to inquire about last minute order, we will do our best to fit you in if we can.

How do I pay for my order?

Once your order details are finalized, we will email you an invoice via PayPal.  Payment is required in full within 48 hours to confirm your order and reserve pick up date. 

What is your cancellation policy?

All sales are final.

Do you offer individual packaging?

All cookies are made to order, decorated and packaged in cello bags to ensure freshness.  Party favor packaging is available upon request with a small fee.
